If you don't have an account yet, create a new one by signing up. Here, you should receive an email where you need to authenticate your account. After this step, your account is good to go. To begin journaling your health journey in Modulaz, simply access the 'Journal' tab. This feature is your starting point for daily logging of health and wellness activities, offering a seamless experience in monitoring your journey towards a balanced life and improved well-being.

In Modulaz, each journal entry is an opportunity to capture comprehensive aspects of your daily wellness. Record details like sleep quality, anxiety levels, energy, and positivity, alongside your dietary habits, including meals and nutrition intake. Logging workouts, their intensity, and additional wellness activities such as fasting or cold plunges are integral for a holistic health analysis. Your detailed input is key to building a complete health profile.

To unlock the full potential of Modulaz's analytics, a minimum of four days of journal entries is required. This initial data set enables the generation of your first dashboards, offering early insights into your health and wellness journey. For more comprehensive and reliable data analysis, we recommend consistently logging at least ten days' worth of entries in your journal. This duration allows Modulaz to deliver deeper, more accurate insights, enhancing your understanding of your health patterns and progress.

Create reusable tags for future journal entries with ease. To generate a new tag, simply note an item in your journal—whether it's an steak for dinner or berries. By selecting the "+" button, you can instantly transform your entry into a new tag. Additionally, streamline your journaling process by creating bundled tags. These allow you to combine multiple items, such as both an steak and berries, into a single tag for frequently repeated combinations, saving you valuable time as you log your daily inputs.
